Happy Home Exteriors is a company you can TRUST, and I highly recommend them! We required a front porch roof repair and vinyl siding installation, and they did a wonderful job. They are easy to work with, offer great communication (a rarity to find a company that understands how important communication is), and deliver quality work. After both jobs were completed, we encountered a small issue on July 4th with a porch swing. I called them that evening, and they assured me they would be out by Monday to fix it. True to their word, they arrived on Monday and made everything perfect. You can rely on Happy Home Exteriors for any project you need, and they will provide you with high-quality work at a fair price. Don't waste your time with anyone else; they will take care of you.

Wayne, Steve, and their crew are fantastic! Wayne and Steve explained everything throughout the whole process of getting my roof done, provided pictures of unexpected trouble areas, and were sure to work cost effectively. Steve and the crew on site were very thorough and took the extra time and care to be sure the completed project was done to their high standards. Wayne was very quick to respond from the time I requested to quote until the project was completed. An overall great team and they did a great job!

After losing almost half of our back roof during the storm in December, I have dealt with and spoken to nearly 20 different roofing companies around Western NY. Out of them all, only one came to do an estimate, but unfortunately, they couldn't repair my roof until spring. Many companies I called either didn't return my call, never showed up, or didn't do roofing during the winter. Day after day, the water caused more interior damage to our home. I finally found Happy Home Exteriors via a recommendation on the night we experienced heavy rainfall that caused thousands of dollars in damage from the attic down to our first and second floors. Wayne, the Sales Manager who is also a Co-Owner, came highly recommended, and I can't praise him enough. He promptly came out, quoted the damage, and walked me through dealing with our homeowners' claim. This being our first home, I had a ton of questions since I had never filed a claim before. If you have an emergency and need to file an insurance claim, he is your guy! He was so well-versed and patient. Just a week after signing the contract, the crew came to our rescue, tore off the remaining shingles, and completed the job in less than a day! Steve, the Production Manager who is also a Co-Owner, arrived on time and was 100% prepared, making this a breeze. He answered all of my questions and concerns, and the project went seamlessly. The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I can't praise them enough, either. They not only cleaned my gutters but also helped clean up all the shingles we lost in the storm. Everything went so smoothly, and they did a beautiful job. They treated us like family, and we are forever customers. It's hard to find companies that are knowledgeable, dependable, and honest these days. We plan on having them do the remaining roof this summer as well. From the company's helpful, kind office staff to the skilled crew and owners, I can't recommend them enough.
